As-salaamu Alaikum, Beloved community!

Zakat ul-Fitr!

This is a gentle reminder that Zakat ul-Fitr must be paid prior to the Eid prayer on March 30th, 2025, preferably a few days before. Zakat ul-Fitr is $13 per family member. Please place your Zakat ul-Fitr in a specially marked envelope indicating "Zakat ul-Fitr" and place in one of the donation safes or give to a staff member.

Zakat al-Fitr
Peace be upon you, my brothers and sisters. The Islamic Center of Pittsburgh is registering those in need for Zakat al-Fitr. Registration will open on March 21, 2025. The lists will be uploaded, on March 22, 2025.
The decision to accept or reject a donation will be made by a committee after consulting with various organizations and resettlement agencies.

As the last 10 nights of the holy month of Ramadan are upon us, we would like to announce that suhoor sponsorships are still available! If you are interested in sponsoring a suhoor or helping prepare, please contact the ICP via phone at (412) 682-5555 or via email at [email protected].

The ICP's next Qur'an Competition will be on Sunday, March 23rd, 2025 from 4 to 6 PM. Please refer here for more information on this competition's categories and for registration. Registration will be open until March 17th. Please contact the ICP if you have any questions or concerns.
