Even a small Qurbani donation can feed a family in Chicago. Let your sacrifice bring someone joy.

In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

Assalammu Alaikum,

As we prepare to celebrate Eid al-Adha with family, feasts, and full plates,  lets take a moment to reflect.

Not far from your home, in our very own neighborhoods of Chicago, there are Muslim families quietly facing hardship. Parents who dread telling their children there will be no meat for Eid. Mothers who wonder what theyll put on the stove. Fathers who feel the weight of not being able to provide.

In a city full of abundance, this shouldnt be their story.

But this Dhul Hijjah, you can help rewrite it.

Masjid Al Farooq is launching a local Qurbani initiative,  dedicated to making sure that every Muslim family we know and serve right here in Chicago can feel the joy, dignity, and celebration of Eid.

Were raising $10,000 before Eid to ensure every family on our list,  and inshaAllah more, receives their share of Qurbani meat.

You see, this isnt just about meat.
Its about belonging. Dignity. Hope. Joy. Community.

You are blessed. Alhamdulillah. You have what many are praying for.
Your fridge is full. Your table will be warm. Your Eid will be joyful.

Now imagine being the reason someone else can say the same.

Be the reason a child bites into meat this Eid.
Be the reason a mother cooks with joy.
Be the reason a struggling family feels seen and cared for.

Whether its $25 or $250, every dollar feeds someone. Every gift is a lifeline.

But time is short. Eid is around the corner.
And your neighbors are counting on us.

Give today. Share your blessings. Make this Eid beautiful  for everyone.

With gratitude and dua,
The Masjid Al Farooq Team
