Avicenna Free Medical Clinic
To make an appointment, please visit our new website or email [email protected] with attached forms that include your name, phone number, and medical condition. Text Br. Rizwan (334 202 3565) as soon as you complete the registration. We will be able to provide basic health screenings and follow-up on some chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes. Walk-in patients will NOT be accepted -- you must make an appointment.
You are eligible for access to care if:
- You do not have access to health insurance in the USA
- You are above 18 years of age
