Assalamu Alaikum Dear Community Members,
We hope this message finds you in the best of health and spirits. We are reaching out to share some important news about the future of our beloved community with a request for your help 5-10 minutes of your valuable time.
The Islamic Center of Naperville (ICN) has recently embarked on a crucial strategic planning process to develop a 5-year roadmap. This roadmap will shape the future of our community, ensuring that ICN continues to serve you and your family effectively, meeting the evolving needs of all our members and utilizing our resources responsibly. We need every member of the ICN community to participate in the development of the strategic plan, which will be used by the Board, ICN Committees, and community members.
We Need Your Input!
So far, we have received almost 200 responses to our survey. While this is great and we appreciate every single response, our goal is to hear from as many of our 8,000 community members as possible. Your insights and feedback are critically needed to make this strategic plan a true reflection of our collective vision. We also encourage you to share this survey with your family members at the dinner table tonight, ensuring that everyone's voice is heard. This includes your high school and college-aged children. We know the survey seems long and complicated, but not all questions are required, and even the tough questions shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
Also consider this: what good is a hospital that only serves the healthy? We also want to hear from the folks who may not be attending the masjid regularly, so please share this with local community members who may have more critical feedback for the Strategic Planning Committee to consider as we build ICN's organizational strategy.
