This message is being sent to let everyone know that we have sent year-end donation summary/statement for 2024 via email to our donors earlier today.
The email will show up with a subject of Your Donations to IALFM - Year End Summary, from MOHID ([email protected]). You can also search for MOHID to quickly locate it in your mailbox. Also check your junk or spam folders to look for the email. It contains a link in its body, clicking on which you can download your personalized donation summary in PDF format.
A couple of important points for your information.
1. The donation summary statement is generated automatically by our system (MOHID) & is based on the donations received during 2024 (last year). Please save the PDF file for future reference, when you work on your tax filing, in case if you don't plan to do your taxes at this time.
2. In some cases, there could be some issue with the statement, such as a donation not listed, incorrect amount, invalid or incorrect name, mailing or email address, etc. - If you see any issue with your statement, please contact us via email and we will work with you to address that issue.
