As we gather to commemorate the legacy of Aba 'Abdillah Imam Husayn (AS) in the upcoming days and nights, Yaseen is requesting the continued generous support of our community members.
Alhamdulilah, we have fully relocated and settled into the new space on Anaheim Blvd and are honored to host Shaykh Jaffer Jaffer for 11 nights of programming.

Day of Ashura
Our sincerest condolences to the Imam of our Time (AJ) and to all of you on the tragedy of Karbala. Ashura will be on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
Schedule
- 10:00 AM A'maal
- 12:00 PM Maqtal al-Husayn
- 1:00 PM Salaatul Jamaa

Wali al-Asr Academy Registration
Priority registration for returning families of Wali al-Asr Academy is now open for the 2024-2025 school year. Please visit walialasr.org/register to complete the form.
General registration will open next Monday July 15, 2024.
Registration will close August 7th or once we reach capacity. We have a limited capacity for each grade level.
Here are some logistical notes for the upcoming school year:
- Classes will be held at Esperanza High School (West Campus) in Anaheim
- Registration is available for ages 5+ (students must be age 5 by September 1)
- Classes run ~30 weeks starting September 8, 2024
- Tuition fees will remain the same: 1 student = $325; 2 students = $450; 3+ students = $550
- Parents will still be required to sponsor and serve lunch once during the year. They will also have the option to order catering or prepare a meal. A date must be selected during registration.
- Graduated students who plan to return and participate in our Young Adult Seminar (~11:30-1pm) should also register and complete the form (more details to come).
