Dear WVMA Members,
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,
We pray to Allah (SWT) for your continued safety and well-being, and that of your families and friends. Our heartfelt prayers remain with the people of Gaza and all those facing hardship across the globe. May Allah ease their suffering and grant them peace. Ameen.
It is time to elect new members for the WVMA President, Board of Trustees, and Board of Directors for the upcoming Hijri year 1447 (20252026). We encourage all eligible members to take part in this important process.
**Voting Period:
**Thursday, July 10 at 6:00 AM (PST) Friday, July 11 at 5:00 PM (PST)
**Online Voting Requirements:
**A valid, unique email address is required.
President 2-year term
Board of Trustees 2 positions, 2-year term
Board of Directors 3 positions, 2-year term

Must submit a personal bio by Sunday, June 29, 2025 (midnight)
President: 5 consecutive years of membership immediately prior
Board of Trustees: 3 consecutive years
Board of Directors: 1 year
No individual may serve more than two consecutive terms on the same board
A 1-year break is required before re-election to the same board after serving two terms
