Assalamu'Aliakum Dear Community Members,

URGENT MESSAGE ABOUT WHATSAPP SCAM

This is an urgent email communication about a widespread Phishing/Scam that is happening across the WhatsApp platform.

Scammers have infiltrated WhatsApp groups, including IIOC and are contacting people in those groups by text/phone call claiming to be with the organization. They send your phone a code and ask you to give it to them with some kind of urgency. Do not do that otherwise they will infiltrate your phone and gain access to your sensitive and personal data. Some people have fallen victim to this and even lost money.

Please note that IIOC will never ask you for a code as described above. If in doubt about anything, Don't answer the phone, and report suspected spam calls, and never click on links from an unknown entity.
