Jumma Mubaraka!

Oh Allah we are grateful to You for every moment You have given us, and we pray every moment of ours is spent in Your pleasure.  Oh Allah, forgive us for the wrong that we've done, knowingly and unknowingly, openly and in secret.  Oh Allah don't allow us to commit wrong except that we has for forgiveness and rectify our deeds.  Oh Allah forgive us complete.  Allow us to reach Ramadan in an elevated state, and to obtain all its blessings and rewards.  Oh Allah, continue to be with him and with the people of Gaza, protect them, have mercy on them, send them comfort and aid from places unknown!  Oh Allah, indeed our prayer, our sacrifice, our life, and our death, are all for You.  Have mercy on us and forgive us, help us for none can truly help us but You.

 Renovations and repairs

LGIC has come to life with prayers, programs, and events these past couple years.  As we've filled the masjid with and increase sense ofcommunity, the facilities have undergone a lot of wear and tear.  Since its purchase in 2018, our improvements and upgrades on the facilities have been minimal.  Two weeks back, we sustained substantial damage to auditorium area of LGIC (due to plumbing issues).  This damage has resulted in the need for repairs, and also set in motion some long needed improvements as well.  In the next several weeks we will be:

Fixing major plumbing issues in the restrooms (adjacent to the auditorium)
Revamping the auditorium
  - updating HVAC
  - updating ceiling and floor
  - updating sound system
  - creating a flex space for versatile usage (banquet hall, lectures, overflow for prayer, etc)
We plan to continue our programs and events during construction and we appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time as parts of the facilities will be off limits.
