Back to School Backpack Drive

Join WVMA's First Annual Backpack Drive! Each year, the cost of a new backpack and school supplies can be a financial burden for many families. With your support, new backpacks and school supplies can help children focus on learning and reaching their full potential. It costs only $11 for each bag plus supplies! Brothers' Soccer & Boba

Join the Siraat brothers this Saturday, June 29th 6-8pm for a friendly game of soccer at John Mise Park in San Jose. We'll end the evening with boba nearby at Cozy Tea Lounge! Remember to dress accordingly, bring your reusable water bottle, and invite along a friend or two to join! No RSVP required. Open primarily to ages 22-35. We look forward to seeing you Insha'Allah!

Tree Planting at LGIC

Farewell Potluck for Izzeldin Family

Dont forget to register for our potluck gathering with Br. Hisham Izzeldin and his family this Saturday, June 29 at lgic between Asr and Maghrib. Our dear brother and his family will be moving to Madina, we're so happy for him but he will be greatly missed. They have been an invaluable part of our community. Reflections from the Seerah

Join us as we embark on an inspiring journey through the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (s). Every Wednesday after Maghrib, Imam Tahir will guide us in this enlightening series. Sessions will alternate between LGIC and Saratoga Musalla. This week's program will be at LGIC.

Living Legacy Day Camp

Leaving your legacy Bamrec is partnering with WVMA to offer a unique camp for the week of July 29th at LGIC that provides hands on experiences teaching kids what it means to build a legacy. Dua for Br. Sohail Qureshi who passed away during Hajj

The father of Safa Qureshi, Br. Sohail Qureshi passed away during hajj, may Allah raise his ranks in jannah and grant patience to the family.

Dua for the grandmother of Br. Farouk Alsagoff

A request for special dua for Sr. Sharifah Safeyah binte Hussain Alkaff, the maternal grandmother of Br. Farouk Alsagoff. She suffered a stroke last week in Singapore. Please make dua for her complete shifa and afiya!

Support for Mohamed Ali's Medical Recovery

On June 23, 2024, Mohamed was shot in his apartment, resulting in immediate hospitalization. Last night he had a long surgery to remove fragments from spinal cord . He is in a critical condition at Vally Medical Center and family were told even he makes it, he will never be able to walk again. We are raising funds for Mohamed's medical relief including medical bills, post-surgery care, and any essential bills associated with him such as rent. We appreciate any donations and shares. Please share this GoFundme with your family and friends. May Allah (swt) help his family and give him son a quick shifaa and speedy recovery.
