Assalaamualaikum,

Al Firdous Funeral Services will provide the much needed Body Transportation and Body Washing Facility within the campus of Islamic Center of Richmond. The goal is to make the entire Funeral process managed by Muslims for Muslims according to Islamic values at affordable cost for the family of the deceased.

Currently, the Greater Richmond Area has been missing a Muslim managed facility thereby increasing the cost of the whole funeral process. Al Firdous is working towards solving the problem.

The Architectural, Structural and MEP plans have been approved by the county. Site plan is under review by the county. After it gets approved, the current facility will be renovated to prepare it as Funeral Washing facility.
