Welcome Fahad Sheikh as Al Falah Centers Executive Director!

Assalamualaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu

We are pleased to announce that Fahad Sheikh has been appointed as the Executive Director of Al Falah Center. Fahad brings a wealth of leadership experience, business acumen, and a deep commitment to community service, making him an excellent choice to lead our center forward.

Fahad holds an MBA in Finance from William Paterson University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rutgers University. With an extensive background in business management, financial oversight, and strategic planning, he has successfully managed large-scale operations, overseeing 200+ employees and multi-million-dollar budgets. His expertise in project management, process improvement, and community engagement will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of Al Falah Center.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Fahad has been an active member of the Muslim community for many years. His experience as a teacher at the Muslim Community Center of Union County (MCCUC) and his longstanding volunteer work with Al Falah Center have given him a deep understanding of our mission and values. Additionally, as the youngest EMS Chief in New Jersey, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in high-pressure environments, a skill that will greatly benefit our operations, safety planning, and crisis management efforts.

In his role as Executive Director, Fahad will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Al Falah Center, strengthening community outreach and interfaith relations, and leading fundraising efforts to ensure the continued growth and success of our center. His dedication and strategic vision will help propel Al Falah Center to new heights, InshaAllah.

We are excited to have Fahad on board and look forward to his leadership in fostering a thriving, united, and impactful community. Please join us in welcoming him to this new role and making du’a for his success!
