MNJOY Hosts Another Successful Community Event

The MNJOY (Just Older Youths) group brought the community together for another exciting and enjoyable event on December 15 at the MPC. The gathering was filled with camaraderie, games, and simple exercises activities that left everyone with smiles.

Participants enjoyed spirited rounds of Carom and Pictionary, where the ladies triumphed in both games after closely contested matches. Laughter and friendly competition made the event memorable for all who attended.

A special thank you goes to:

Sis Sukaina Remtulla, for her insightful demonstration of simple daily exercises.
Dr. Ansaar Ahmed, for his informative discussion on blood pressure and the importance of staying hydrated.
Sis Mohadessa Walji and Zaynab Kassam, for leading the fun and interactive games.
Mariam Aunty Meghjee, our enthusiastic leader, for organizing snacks and infusing the program with her boundless energy.
Planning for the next MNJOY event is already underway! If you have suggestions or would like more information about upcoming events, please contact Mariam Aunty at 303-522-2945.

We look forward to seeing you at the next gathering!
