Quranic Ayat/Verse

When We bestow Our favour upon man, he avoids (to recognize it) and keeps himself far aside (from obedience), and when some evil touches him, he is in total despair.

(Surah Al-Isra, ayah 83)

Have you noticed how the way you react to something often determines how it affects you? If someone says something disparaging, its how much importance you give this that dictates the impact on your wellbeing. The same way, God has blessed you with so much and conferred favour upon all of humanity, the ideal response is gratitude. The world can easily distract us so that we take blessings for granted and then when something doesnt go our way, we panic. Expressing gratitude daily and knowing that everything will be OK, that God has a plan and just as weve come through everything weve had to endure before, we will come through this too, will dissipate any anxiety and worry. Turn to God. Give Him all your worries and seek help from the One who can turn hearts, who can heal wounds, who can vanquish grief and bless you abundantly. You are never alone and nor will you ever be.

Hadith

**Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that: Allah's Messenger said: "Whoever sends Salat upon me, Allah sends Salat upon him ten times."

(Jami` at-Tirmidhi 485, Book 3, Hadith 33)

Can you imagine our Creator, Allah (SWT) sending salat upon us ten times? What an honour and blessing! Send blessings and prayers upon the Prophet (SAW) every single day.**
