We pray this message finds you in the best of health and Imaan. Registration is now open for the Weekend Learning Program for the 2024-25 academic year. MYCP Weekend Learning Program (Ages 5-14)
Sundays 9:00 am - 1:10 pm
MYCP Weekend Learning Program (WLP) provides a fun and educational Islamic environment for Muslim students, ages 5-13 (kindergarten through eighth grade), to learn about our religion, develop confidence in their faith identity, and build community with other young Muslims. The Weekend Learning Program focuses on building fluency in reading the Qur'an, memorization of short Surahs, Seerah of the Prophet Mohammad ﷺ and an interactive Islamic studies curriculum with team-building activities and forums for discussion. WLP is led by qualified and experienced instructors. We aim to make WLP something to which children can look forward each week, and as such, we have several activities, special events, and field trips planned as part of the program.
Program begins: Sunday, September 15th
The cost of the program is $500/child for the full academic year or $250/semester. This includes the cost of all program materials, snacks, two field trips, and a T-shirt. There are no extra charges.

Sisters' Dawah Workshop
Insha Allah, we are organizing a 2-day Sisters' Dawah Workshop at MYCP in partnership with CAIR Philadelphia. Learn how to invite others to Islam and convert any chat into a Dawah conversation. Certification upon completion
Dates: August 24th and 25th
Time: 8:30 AM to 1 PM

Understanding the Qur'an:
A Tafseer Class
Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan RA narrates:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The most excellent among you are
those who learn the Quran and teach it." [Bukhari]
In order for us to be considered amongst the best of people
as described by ﷺ, apart from learning to recite and memorize
the Blessed Quran, it is crucial that we try to understand it as well.
Join us in this journey to pursue our way to Jannah by seeking
knowledge through the Tafseer (explanation) of the Holy Quran.
Refreshments will be served.

Adult Qur'an Reading Circle
“Recite the Qur'an, for on the Day of Resurrection it will come
as an intercessor for those who recite It.” [Muslim].
Join us as we come together to recite from the Quran and improve our reading skills. Participation requires intermediate familiarity with reading the Quran in Arabic, but all are welcome to attend and listen.

Khatira after Isha
Join us every Monday night after Isha for short and sweet reminders about our beautiful religion, from the Imam. We will explore a variety of relevant topics focused on spiritual and community development. There will also be time for Q&A each week. Refreshments will be served.

Teen Seekers Circle
Seekers Circle provides teens with a space to explore their faith, build their confidence, and make friends with other Muslims their own age.
