Voting Starts Today!

As-Salamu Alaikum, 
Dear NAMCC Community, 

This is a reminder that voting starts today at 11:45 AM in the library at NAMCC, please read the through instructions and check voting times. 

• Voting will end at 5:30 PM (Maghreb) on Saturday, Dec 14th 2024.
• Results will be announced right after Isha prayer and newly elected members will take oath.

Voting Dates & Times IMPORTANT

Friday, Dec 13th 2024 

• 11:45 AM - 3:30 PM 

• 7:50 PM - 8:30 PM (After Isha) 

Saturday, Dec 14th 2024 

• 1:15 PM - 5:30 PM  (Duhur to Maghrib) 

Instructions  IMPORTANT

• Bring a driver license or other government issued photo ID.
• Have your NAMCC member ID with you and ready. This is posted on the whiteboard at NAMCC. 
• Voting will be done In-person only at the NAMCC library. 

Ballot Details IMPORTANT

•  The Executive Committee (EC) has 7 seats therefore a member may vote for 1- 7 EC Candidates or Abstain from voting. 
• The Board of Trustees (BT) has 5 seats therefore a member may vote for 1 to 5 BT Candidates or Abstain from voting.

Please learn and be informed about all candidates before voting! It is your responsibility to be well informed to fulfill your trust (Amanah) for the house of Allah.
