Additional Details Regarding Voting Ballot 

As-Salamu Alaikum, 
Dear NAMCC Community, 

We've gotten some questions regarding what the voting ballot will look like and how many candidates can a member vote for EC and BT. We are happy to clarify and welcome any questions at [email protected]

  •  The Executive Committee (EC) has 7 seats therefore a member may vote for up to 7 EC Candidates 
  • The Board of Trustees (BT) has 5 seats therefore a member may vote up to 5 BT Candidates 
  • You may vote for less than number of max seats. You will not be allowed to vote for more than the max number of seats. E.g. 
    • EC Ballot: 1-7 
    • BT Ballot: 1-5 
  • You are allowed to abstain from voting for your EC or BT ballot. 

IMPORTANT Voting Dates & Times IMPORTANT

Friday, Dec 13th 2024 

  • 11:45 AM - 3:30 PM 

  • 7:50 PM - 8:30 PM (After Isha) 

Saturday, Dec 14th 2024 

  • 1:15 PM - 5:30 PM  (Duhur to Maghrib) 

    Instructions - IMPORTANT

  • Bring a driver license or other government issued photo ID. IMPORTANT

  • Have your NAMCC member ID with you and ready. This is posted on the whiteboard at NAMCC. 

  • Voting will be done In-person only at the NAMCC library. 

  • Voting will end at Maghrib on Saturday, Dec 14th 2024.

  • Results will be announced right after Isha prayer.

 IMPORTANT Please learn and be informed about all candidates before voting! It is your responsibility to be well informed to fulfill your trust (Amanah) for the house of Allah.
