URGENT: Need Muslim foster family TODAY

Dear Community Members,

Assalamu Alaikum,

We have an urgent call from the Department of Children and Families (DCF) in Worcester:7 Afghan Muslim children(2 boys and 5 girls, ages 317) are in immediate need of foster care.

The 3-year-old has been placed but can be moved if the new foster family can also take at least one of her siblings. DCF is reaching out to the Muslim community first, as we were able to help in the past. If no Muslim family steps forward today, they will begin placing the children elsewhere statewide, with non-Muslims.

While keeping them together is preferred, they can be placed separately. All foster care expenses are covered by DCF. This is a chance for our community to protect their faith, language, and cultural connection.
