Inviting you to support our mission with a year-end donation.
Assalamu Alaikum masjid plus,
As 2024 comes to a close, we invite you to consider an end-of-year financial donation to support the work of the Downtown Denver Islamic Center.
Your support helps us create an inclusive, welcoming hub for the Islamic community in Denver, while building bridges through humanitarian programs for refugees, immigrants and low-income neighbors of all faiths and backgrounds. And the demand for our programs far exceeds our current capacity.
As an independent, non-profit organization we rely on donations from our community to allow us to support our neighbors and continue to invest in the long-term growth and sustainability of our masjid.
Your donation supports both the operations of the masjid, as well as our programs that provide food and financial assistance to those in need.
For example:
$500 Masjid Operations for 1 Day
$250 Food Package for 1 Family
$150 Zakat for 1 Individual
Thank you for your support!
Mark your calendars to support our Food Relief Program!
The Downtown Denver Islamic Center provides nutritious, culturally responsive food to our immigrant, refugee and low-income neighbors on the second Saturday of each month.
Our volunteers are bridge builders who empower connections that support cultural orientation and community integration.

On December 2, Downtown Denver Islamic Center Imam Muhammad Kolila took part in a keynote discussion for the Interfaith Alliance of Colorados 6th Annual Force for Good Awards. Imam Kolila joined Rabbi Joe Black of Temple Emanuel to discuss Antisemitism and Islamophobia.
The event celebrated the faith communities, elected officials, community leaders, and advocates, who go above and beyond to make Colorado a place where all feel at home.
P.S. The simplest way to support the DDIC is to leave us a review on our Google profile. Please consider, as this will help us reach more people in Denver.
