The EGACC Board of Directors is seeking 3 volunteers for the 2025 Election Committee.
Those who are interested in volunteering for the Election Committee must be a member of EGACC for a minimum of 1 year and should express their interest in volunteering by sending an email to [email protected].

Communication is key as it pertains to Jinaza and Fatiha/Khatem needs. Community members are encouraged to contact Masjid Tawheed as soon as a need arises regarding a Jinaza or Khatem by calling (916) 686-9519.
Under no circumstances should community members arrange for such events without consulting the EGACC Board of Directors. Requests may also be made using the following link:
Furthermore, in order to preserve the dignity and respect of our sacred practices, we kindly remind all community members that certain items will not be permitted on the premises during Jinaza or Khatem events.
Specifically, the following will not be allowed:
Photographs or murals of the deceased
The lighting of candles for decoration or remembrance of the deceased
The creation of vigil-type displays or other depictions for the deceased
These guidelines and reminders are in line with our commitment to maintaining a respectful environment that adheres to Islamic principles and practices. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in upholding the sanctity of Islam in this matter.

Masjid Tawheed is pleased to announce our Community Requests page hosted on our website. We hope this tool will help facilitate requests for dua and to inform the community of those who are sick and are taking visitation. Not only will this help the morale of the ill person, but will allow those of the community to add to their deeds by fulfilling the rights of their fellow community members.
