Dear Community Members,

As-Salamu Alaikum,

We have recently announced the results of the board election at Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center. The new board had its first official meeting yesterday 9/4/24 and have selected its officers. The new board will be serving our community with dedication and commitment for the next four years, from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2028.

We are excited to share the names of the new officers:

Chairman: Dr. Esam Omeish
Vice Chairman: Dr. Ahmed Mostafa
Secretary: Sister Fatima Abdallah
Treasurer: Br. Abdirahim Abdi

This new board and its officers bring together a diverse and experienced group of individuals who are committed to the growth and success of our community. Their collective expertise and dedication will undoubtedly help guide Dar Al-Hijrah towards a prosperous and harmonious future.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the new board members and officers and express our sincere gratitude to all the candidates and community members who participated in the selection process. Your involvement and support are vital to the strength and unity of our community.
