As Muslim women today in our current political climate, learning how to protect ourselves is essential to build confidence and strength in our everyday lives. Oftentimes finding a private, women’s-only space to work out and learn these skills is hard to come by.
Join us next Saturday, April 26th at 4 PM for a Sisters’ Self-Defense Class led by fitness trainer Sr. Febri who also specializes in Jiu Jitsu for a hands-on session designed to teach practical techniques for staying safe, aware, and feeling empowered and strong.
