Assalamualaikum,
The Night of Power is better than a thousand months. (Quran 97:3)
This 27th night of Ramadan could be Laylatul Qadra night when your donation could count as if you gave continuously for over 83 years.
Imagine the impact of supporting our home on this blessed night.
By giving to isb.org/Power, youll keep our masjid running the lights on, a cleaning crew maintaining the space, and our security team keeping us safe. Your support sustains the weekly classes, religious programs, free health clinic, Open Houses and other beautiful community initiatives we love that make ISB feel like home.
It also helps us move forward with exciting new projects inshaAllah - like a community library, a much-anticipated parking lot upgrade, and a welcome center, to name just a few!
Were aiming to raise:
Outreach program development and funding for vital support including our New Muslim Boxes
Covering Ramadan expenses
Yearly operational expenses
Dont miss this chance for immense reward.
Give generously at isb.org/Power and help strengthen our home, by the Will of Allah (SWT).
May He accept from you and multiply your reward.
We request everyone to review the parking map before coming and to arrive early.
On busy days like this, it's important to remember that we should do our best to be patient and kind with others. Whether it's a Muslim volunteer or a non-Muslim volunteer, the person praying beside you or the person behind you in the parking lot-
The Prophet (SAW) said, Be kind, for whenever kindness becomes part of something, it beautifies it. - (Ahmad in al-Musnad, 2/440)
"By his good character a believer can reach the same rank as someone who fasts and prays at night. (Sunan Abi Dawud, 4798)
And we must never forget the story of the woman who prayed, fasted, and gave in charity, but our Prophet (SAW) revealed she was in fact a person of Hellfire due to her sharp tongue and rudeness directed towards her neighbors. (Ahmad in al-Musnad, 2/440)
My Allah (SWT) allow us all to be people of Jannah, known for our kindness and compassion.
