A message from Imam Sohail Chaudhry

Assalam alaykum

As you may be aware, tonight at 6pm is the Virtual Fundraiser for the Greater Lansing Islamic School. It is imperative that we support this project. It has taken us years of hard work, dedication and the vision of our elders to found, sustain and grow our beloved school that provides quality Islamic and Academic prowess to our youth, who are the future of our community and Islam.

Please participate with the sincerest of your intentions and the fullest generosity of your hearts and save yourself from the difficulty of the Day of Judgment for Allah, our Lord says,

"O you who believe! Spend in the Path of Allah from What Allah has blessed you with before a Day wherein there is no bargain, nor friendship, nor any intercession (except if Allah allows)..." (2:254)

Looking forward to a blessed and successful Fundraiser tonight.
