THIS WEEK: Hygiene Product Drive! 🧼🧴

Asalaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Baraktuh,

Imagine not having access to the most basic hygiene items—soap, toothpaste, a clean shirt—things many of us use without a second thought. For some in our local community, these essentials are out of reach.

This week through Friday, May 9, Ansaar-ul-Birr and Helpers to Good are hosting a Personal Hygiene Product Drive to help restore dignity and comfort to those who need it most.

For someone struggling, having the chance to feel clean and cared for can be life-changing. It’s not just about hygiene—it’s about confidence, self-respect, and the ability to face the world with dignity.

How you can help:

• Drop off your items in the bins at Al-Huda School (front office and in each classroom),

OR

• Ship them directly to: Ansaar-ul-Birr, 5301 Edgewood Rd, College Park, MD 20740

Items needed:

• Bar soap

• Body wash

• Shampoo

• Deodorant

• Sanitary pads

• Toothpaste

• Toothbrush

• Other basic hygiene products

Note: Items must be new and unopened.
