You should also have received one or more DocuSign agreements sent from SRVIC Community Investment via DocuSign." Please review and complete these agreements as soon as possible.
For those investing via retirement accounts (such as a Rollover 401(k) or IRA):
We have included step-by-step instructions with screenshots and detailed guidance for each section of the required forms to help you complete the process smoothly. Please follow these carefully and begin the process immediately, as retirement account transfers often require additional processing time by your brokerage or custodian.

Du'a Request
Please make du'a for Yar Ahmad, the cousin of Arzo Razaq, as he is battling a rare invasive and recurring cancer. He is 33 years old and has already undergone 2 surgeries plus chemo within a year, and now is awaiting further treatment for his stage 3 cancer. May Allah heal him. Ameen.
