Navigating Screen Time with Bridging Generational
gaps in Modern Parenting
Dr. Zeshan led a dynamic discussion covering:
- The generational differences in how screen time is perceived and used
- Practical strategies for managing young children’s behavior around screens
- Ways to use technology to strengthen family bonds
This past Friday, we had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Mohammed Zeshan at FVAMC for an insightful session on navigating screen time in the age of modern parenting.
The discussion offered helpful perspectives and opened the floor for meaningful community questions—ranging from setting limits on screen use to incorporating faith into everyday parenting.
Dr. Zeshan, who has authored several parenting books focused on building kindness and good morals, gifted FVAMC some books that are available for use by our community members.
We are thankful to Dr. Zeshan for sharing his time, expertise, and wisdom with us!
