Important Information about Ramadan 2024

Salam Brothers and Sisters,

It is that time of the year where we start preparing for the upcoming month of Ramadan, and we will be giving out more updated information so we encourage you to keep checking our website for updates.

Here is some information we would like to share as of right now :

1. Ramadan schedule has been posted on our website. There are 2 versions since the exact moon sighting is not confirmed. One is Ramadan starting on Mon Mar 11, 2024 and the other starting on Tue Mar 12, 2024. We will inform you the exact day through email and website on the day of the moon sighting. The link to download the schedule is below.

2. As usual, we will continue to have hafiz taraweeh 20 Rakats daily.

3. Khatmul Quran will be on the 21st day of Ramadan.

4. The back room will be available for sisters to join the Taraweeh salah as usual.

5. We will have the iftar list on the masjid notice board next week, for those who are interested in providing iftari at the masjid.

6. We will start taraweeh after we receive confirmation about new moon sighting from Islamic Sharia Council.

7. Salatul Isha will start at 8:45pm for the first two weeks, then it will be changed to 9:00pm for the remainder of the month.
