Masjid As-Siddiq sincerely thanks everyone who helped to send much-needed supplies to the innocent civilians impacted by the conflict in Palestine. Alhamdulillah, all donated supplies were received, packed in the container, and sent on its way. We pray that Allah (swt) accepts from everyone who donated, volunteered, coordinated, or helped in any way with this initiative.
We partnered with Helping Hand for Relief and Development (hhrd.org) to send a container of supplies to Palestinians in Gaza and/or in refugee camps. The container included needed supplies - comforters, baby diapers, and feminine hygiene pads. The supplies left the Masjid on September 23, 2024 to arrive before the colder winter months in Palestine.
May Allah alleviate the suffering and pain of those impacted and give them patience during these difficulties. May He accept from us all our humble initiatives to help those in need.
