Thank you to MCA Gala Attendees
Assalamu Alaikum MCA Gala Attendees,
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who attended MCAs 40th Anniversary Fundraising Gala on September 7, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency. Your participation, along with a thousand attendees, made the evening truly special as we celebrated 40 years of service at the Muslim Community Association (MCA) and focused on the exciting future of our MCA 3.0 expansion.
The MCA 3.0 project is well underway, and we are thrilled to share how it will serve your family and our entire community with facilities such as the only womens gym in the Bay Area, a 30-foot-high sports arena, separate boys' and girls' lounges, a medical clinic, a GIS middle and high school, and more. Your continued support is crucial as we work toward completing this transformative project by the first half of 2026, InshaAllah.
We hope you enjoyed the evening as much as we enjoyed planning it. The performances by our GIS
students and the martial arts demonstration, along with the powerful speeches by Sami Hamdi, Shaun King, Imam Siraj Wahhaj, Zahra Billoo, Malik Mustapha, Imam Tahir Anwar, and the inspiring poetry of Omar Offendum, created a dynamic atmosphere of unity and purpose.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our generous sponsors who played a key role in
making this event possible. Please visit this link to see the full list of sponsors and their information.
As a final reminder, if you would like to donate or fulfill your pledge, please visit launchgood.com/mcaexpansion. Your generosity will help ensure the successful completion of MCA 3.0 and strengthen our community for generations to come.
Warm regards,
Mesbah Karim, MCA President
Mohammad Islam, Chairperson, BOT
