Assalamu Alaikum,
As we enter the last ten nights of the holy month of Ramadan, we are reminded of the immense blessings and opportunities these nights hold. Among them is Laylat al-Qadr, a night greater than a thousand months, when Allahs mercy, forgiveness, and rewards are unmatched.
Allah's Messenger (PBUH) said, "Search for the Night of Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan."
With the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, the Prophet (PBUH) used to tighten his waist belt (i.e. work hard) and used to pray all the night, and used to keep his family awake for the prayers.
We are pleased to announce that starting tonight, we will be holding Tahajjud prayers at 4:00 AM at the Masjid. Join us in this blessed act of worship as we seek Allahs mercy and guidance.
Also, starting from tonight Fajr Iqamah will be 10 minutes after Adhan.
