Empowering Young Leaders: Collaboration for Growth
We are thrilled to announce that MASDC is launching an exciting partnership with Arkanum to create a new youth cohort! This collaboration will provide unique opportunities for growth, leadership, and community engagement.
For those who may not be familiar, Arkanum is a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development through experiential learning, mentorship, and travel opportunities, fostering a community of young Muslim leaders.

Purifying the Soul: Insights from My Beloved Son by Imam Ghazali
Join us on Fridays for a discussion of My Beloved Son (Ayyuha al-Walad) by Imam Ghazali with Ustadh Athman Jilo! The class will take place from Maghrib to Isha in the caf.
This series offers valuable insights into the parent-child relationship, enhancing understanding of moral and spiritual guidance. Participants will gain wisdom applicable to todays family dynamics, connect with others to foster meaningful relationships and reflect on themes that promote personal development. Engage in discussions and share perspectives for an enriching learning experience.
Hafidh Homeschool Enrollment is OPEN!
Registration is now open! Classes will be held Monday through Thursday, from 9 AM to 1 PM.
This program is ideal for students in or planning to join a homeschool program who want to memorize the Quran. We provide a supportive environment with personalized attention from experienced teachers and a tailored curriculum. For a monthly tuition of $250, your child will receive dedicated guidance. Adult Sisters Quran and Arabic Courses
Fall 2024 Adult Sisters Quran and Arabic Courses are here! This course is designed to help sisters aged 18 and above deepen their understanding of Quranic sciences and the Arabic language, whether you're a beginner or looking to enhance your skills. The program offers 7 courses covering Quran memorization, recitation improvement, Nourani teacher training, and Arabic grammar.
Students will benefit from 1-2 virtual classes a week with one of four qualified teachers, and class sizes are limited to 10 students to ensure personalized learning. A placement test will be provided for new students to ensure the right fit. Spaces are limited, so be sure to sign up today!
Furqan Junior Quran Courses Starting in October!
Furqan Academy is pleased to announce Fall 2024 Online Junior Quran Courses. These courses are designed for boys and girls, with age groups varying by class. The program spans 7 months, from October 2024 to May 2025, with a break during Ramadan. Courses feature 5 offerings in Nourani Qaidah and recitation improvement, with 1-2 virtual classes per week conducted by one of four qualified teachers. Class sizes are limited to 10 students to ensure personalized attention, and a placement test will be provided for new students!
