Special END OF RAMADAN Annoucements
Asalamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,
May Allah bless you and your families in these the most special and important nights of the year.
KHATMA TONIGHT:
The Khatma/completion of the Quran will be tonight (Friday, March 28) at the Hoda Center insha'Allah.
Isha prayer starts at 9:15 pm with Taraweeh immediately following, and then a beautiful Duaa. We encourage you to attend as we end this blessed month of Ramadan.
Hoda Center Heroes: Also join us for sweet treats and as we recognize the true heroes of Ramadan...our amazing babysitters who worked so hard this Ramadan so that we can pray with no distractions and noise. Also, as we recognize the imams who helped lead us in prayers.
Junior Khateeb Trophy presentation:
Tonight we also present special engraved trophies for all of our Junior Khateebs who participated this Ramadan. They did an amazing job with their brief presentations during Taraweeh.
Eid is on Sunday, March 30 insha'Allah at Skate Station. We will send a separate email regarding all of the Eid details. Takbeer 8:30am. Prayer 8:45am.
Please do not forget to pay Zakat al Fitr. Zakat al Fitr is compulsory and is paid for each member of the family before Eid al Fitr. Zakat al Fitr is estimated at $15 per person but for those who are able to pay more, they are encouraged to take this opportunity to help those who are less fortunate.
**Please...**pay your Zakat al Fitr as early as possible so that funds can be distributed in a timely manner. PLEASE SEE 6 WAYS TO PAY BELOW.
