The MCA Zakah Program is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to Islamic principles in the collection and distribution of Zakah. Our program is structured to ensure that Zakah is disbursed fairly, transparently, and efficiently to those in need within our local community, in accordance with the guidelines of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh).

What: Revert sisters and those who are new to Islam, are invited for a special Eid Potluck, Henna and Gift Exchange! What: We are thrilled to announce that Enrollment for the new season 2025/2026 is now open for Pack 399! Please be aware that due to space limitations, we may not be able to accept all new applicants. Our ability to provide a high-quality muslim scouting experience to our children relies on the active participation of parents and guardians. The selection process will consider pack capacity, den size, rank guidelines, and your willingness to contribute to the pack's operations.

The Kids' Tafsir Reading Club
What: The Kids' Tafsir Reading Club is open to children ages 7-10, and will meet every other week, on Sundays from 10:30 AM-11:30 AM. We will be using "The Clear Quran-- Tafsir For Kids (Surahs 1-9)" as the primary text. Each session will focus on reading sections from The Clear Quran (Tafsir for Kids), followed by a group discussion, journaling of personal take-aways and learnings, and activities that reinforce the themes and lessons from the reading.

What: Masjid Al-Noor invites brothers to a Beginners Tajweed Class designed to teach the foundational rules of Tajweed and help you enhance your Quranic recitation. The book was compiled by the 9th-century scholar Imam al-Tirmidhi. Some say that understanding the Shama'il is a prerequisite to understanding Islam and the Prophet's (pbuh) life.
