Sharing the Beauty of Islam: GainPeace in Action!
Bringing Peace to the Rising Tide of Hate!

We’re writing to share some of the efforts GainPeace has been blessed to be part of recently!
Earlier this month, GainPeace partnered with Masjid Al-Huda in Schaumburg for a heartwarming Open House that brought neighbors, friends, and community members together. Alhamdulillah, the event was a beautiful opportunity to share the message of Islam. Guests toured the mosque, engaged in meaningful conversations, and asked questions about our faith. The atmosphere was filled with peace, curiosity, and mutual respect—a true reflection of what we stand for at GainPeace!
At the MCC Masjid in Chicago, we also facilitated two group visits, welcoming students from DePaul High School College Prep and Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary.
During these visits, participants explored Islamic teachings, received copies of the Qur’an, and engaged in thought-provoking discussions. One student asked, “What is one concept in Islam that we Christians should study further?” Dr. Sabeel Ahmed, our Executive Director, answered, “The concept of God (Tawheed). If we understand God correctly, everything else aligns. If we misunderstand God, nothing else truly matters.” Moments like these remind us of the importance of fostering understanding!
Currently, the GainPeace team is supporting an Open House weekend in Nashville (November 22–24). This ongoing event welcomes local neighbors to experience the beauty of Islam firsthand and engage in dialogue that dispels misconceptions. Stay tuned for more updates on this impactful weekend!
