Seeking Youth Director | Apply Now!

We pray this message finds you all in the best of Iman and Health. We would like to inform the community that the Islamic Association of Collin County (IACC) has appointed a Youth Director Search Committee. This committee is dedicated to finding a suitable candidate who will serve our youth, serve our families, and help them develop into IACCs future leaders!

The committee has begun the important work needed to identify and select the best candidate for this critical role. We kindly request the cooperation and duas of the entire community during this process. 

Below is our estimated timeline, with some flexibility inshaAllah:

1We will close applications on November 10th
2As applications are coming in, we will conduct initial phone/in-person interviews with the candidates 
3From November 10-15th, we will narrow down our search to 2-3 candidates 
4Our candidates will come and visit us for weekend programs at the beginning of December
5As the candidates come in, we will provide the youth and the larger community an opportunity to give feedback/
6After analyzing the feedback forms and consulting each other and our scholars, we will give our suggestions and work with the current and incoming shura to finalize our Youth Director
