Mindfulness for Turbulent Times with Yael Shy
Date: Tuesday, May 27th
Time: 1:00 pm 2:00 pm ET
Location: Zoom link will be shared before event begins
In this 60-minute experiential workshop, youll explore simple yet powerful mindfulness practices to help you feel more grounded, steady, and supported in challenging times. Through guided meditation and an interactive exploration of accessible mindfulness tools, youll learn practical ways to regulate your nervous system, increase clarity, and build inner resilience.
This is a space to slow down, tune in, and connectwith yourself and with practices that can sustain you in turbulent times. Youll leave with techniques you can draw on anytime stress, uncertainty, or overwhelm arise.
No prior meditation experience is needed. This session is open to all and welcomes your full selfjust as you are.
