A message from the RCM Board

Dear RCM Community Members,

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

We hope this letter finds you in the best of health and iman. We are writing to you with some exciting news and a humble request. As you may know, this summer we have the honor and privilege of hosting several guest imams at our mosque. These are esteemed scholars and leaders who have dedicated their lives to serving Allah and His creation. They have a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and experience that they are eager to share with us. We have arranged a variety of events and activities for you to benefit from their presence, such as Friday khutbahs, family nights, youth sessions, and lectures. We encourage you to attend as many of these events as possible, and to invite your friends and family as well.

This is a rare opportunity to learn from and interact with some of the most influential and inspiring figures in our community. We also have a humble request for you. As you may be aware, RCM is currently in the process of recruiting for religious leadership. We would like to hear from you, our valued community members, about what you think of the programming with our guest imams. Your feedback will help us understand your needs, preferences, and expectations for our future religious leadership. Last weekend we were privileged to have Imam Azhar Subedar join us, and we received lots of feedback from the community. More feedback is always welcome!

Attached to this letter is the schedule for the upcoming guest, Imam Yousef Bakeer, who will be visiting us from July 26 to July 28, 2024. Please mark your calendars and join us for these enriching and enjoyable events.
