Dear EPIC Community Members,

There are just 3 days left to nominate candidates for the new board member election. Remember the key dates for the special elections to choose 1 board member for EPIC.

1. Candidate Nominations: Monday Jan 13, 2025 to Saturday Jan 25, 11:59 PM CST.

2. Absentee Ballots: Feb 09, 2025 to Saturday Feb 15, 2025 11:59 PM CST.

3. Election Day: Sunday Feb 16th, 2025, 10 AM to 5:30 PM CST.

4. Election Results: Sunday Feb 16th, 2025 after the Isha prayer.

We encourage everyone in the community to participate in the election process. Please nominate the candidates who you think could best serve the house of Allah. It is our responsibility to uphold this Amanah with the utmost care.
