Countdown to Election Day
The General Election on November 5 is fast approaching, and its essential that every eligible voter is registered and ready to cast their ballot. Ballots have been mailed to registered voters across California, so now is the time to ensure your vote is ready to be counted.

November 5: Election Day! Mail-in ballots must be postmarked by this date.
Missed the Voter Registration Deadline?
If you missed the October 21 registration deadline, dont worryyou can still vote! California offers Same-Day Voter Registration, also known as Conditional Voter Registration. Eligible voters can register and cast their ballot after the standard registration deadline has passed.
How and Where to Register:

Before Election Day: Complete Same-Day Voter Registration at your county elections office or a designated vote center.

On Election Day (November 5): Register and vote at your local polling place, a vote center, or your county elections office.
