Dear Community Members,
As we approach Jummah Tul Wida, the last Friday of Ramadan, we reflect on the blessings of this holy month and the importance of standing together as an ummah. This sacred day is a chance to seek Allah's mercy, increase our good deeds, and give charity for His sake.
Allah (SWT) reminds us: "The believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers. And fear Allah that you may receive mercy." (Qur'an 49:10)
At ICNA Chicago, community building is at the heart of what we do. Over the past year, we have
🤝 Brought people together through 12 community events
🌱 Empowered 50+ youth to become future leaders
🕌 Welcomed 650+ attendees to our programs and gatherings
❤️ Expanded our support network with 20 new Sustainer Circle members
🚀 Strengthened our volunteer force with 20 new volunteers
🙌 Honored 80+ volunteers for their dedication
🍽️ Served 1,000 guests at our community iftar
🥘 Packed iftar meals with 25 dedicated volunteers
📖 Gathered 500 attendees for Khatam Al-Quran
🌙 Held an inspiring YM Qiyam with 50 youth
