Ramadan 2025: Volunteers Needed!
Assalamu Alaykum,
As we prepare for the blessed month of Ramadan, we are seeking dedicated volunteers to help ensure this year’s Ramadan experience is smooth and memorable for our community, inshaAllah.
We have several opportunities to get involved:
Volunteer Roles
Iftar Volunteers:
- Assist with setting up iftar areas, arranging appetizers, serving food, and helping where needed.
- Food certification is required and can be obtained at www.foodworkercard.wa.gov.
- Time commitment: Approximately 1.5 hours per day.
Taraweeh Volunteers:

Monitor hallways, doorways, and prayer areas to ensure order, help organize rows, and manage children as needed.

Time commitment: Approximately 1.5 hours per day.

Ramadan Volunteering Info Session
Additionally, we invite everyone to attend a Ramadan Volunteer Meeting on Saturday, February 1st at 1:00 PM in the MAPS MPR. During this meeting, we will:
- Outline volunteer expectations.
- Introduce our Ramadan leaders.
- Conclude with a lunch for all attendees, inshaAllah.
