Qahwa Cafe, located at ADAMS Center Sterling, is now hiring ! Whether youre looking to gain professional experience, work in a welcoming environment, or serve your community, this could be the perfect fit.

What the Role Involves:

  • Preparing and serving coffee and non-coffee drinks

  • Creating a welcoming experience for all guests

  • Handling transactions and working the register

  • Supporting daily cafe operations (cleaning, stocking, restocking)

  • Learning valuable customer service and teamwork skills

  • Minimum 2 shifts/week (evenings & weekends)

Barista experience is greatbut not required. We provide training!
