Today, on the Day of Arafah, millions of our brothers and sisters will stand under the scorching hot sunshoulders pressed together, hands raised high.
No shade. No comfort. No worldly distractions.
Poor or rich, powerful or powerless none of it matters in ihram they stand equal before Allah, defined only by the state of their soul.
From the acts of worship to the stories that stir our hearts, Arafah offers a moment to pause, reflect, and realign.
Reminder 1: The center of our universe
We spend our days spinning in circles that never seem to endchasing deadlines, promotions, and titles.
But life doesnt revolve around success. It revolves around submission to Allah.
Reminder 2: Tawakkul requires effort
We are reminded of the story of Hajar (as) - running between Safa and Marwa - seven times.
Trusting Allah doesnt mean only making dua. It requires action.
Reminder 3: The ultimate destination
We plan for college, careers, retirementalways looking ahead.
But what lies ahead isnt in this world. Its in the next: Jannah.
And today is a chance to move closer to it.

Were now in the final stretch of the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah and were 25% short of our 2025 goal. $1.5 million to go.

Were so close. And what we build today isnt just for us. Its for the generations who will pray here learn here and find their way back to Allah here.
One day, when Allah wills, theyll stand on Arafat during Hajj.
And InshAllah, theyll make dua for the people who supported this masjid that shaped the trajectory of their life.
What we do for His sake, lives far beyond us.
