Announcements & Updates!
Here are some important updates:
- The Nueces Jummah schedule will be changing to 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm starting next week (1/24) inshaAllah.
- All weekly classes will resume after MLK day.
- In adopting the methodology of the Hanafi School for the start of Salt al-Asr, we will be offering a slightly later time for the adhn and iqmah for Salt al-Asr. It ensures the timing of the prayer encompasses all of the relied-upon positions regarding the 'Asr prayer timing and thereby the congregation is valid for everyone.
Please see the updated salah timings below.
We are extremely excited to announce your Nueces Mosque Spring 2025 Executive Committee!
Congratulations to the incoming members! May Allah (SWT) allow them to keep the best interest of His house as a priority and to serve with sincerity. May He make them amongst leaders who are righteous and of benefit to our community. May Allah (SWT) continue to put immense barakah in the Nueces community.
We kindly ask that you keep the exiting members in your du'as for their service, sacrifices and commitment to the Nueces community! May Allah (SWT) accept and reward all of their efforts.
