Eid Info from Islamic Centers in Austin!
Assalamu'alaikum! Jummah Mubarak!
The Prophet Mohammed (peace and blessings be upon him) said the following about the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah: "There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days." The people asked, "Not even Jihad for the sake of Allah?" He (SAW) said, "Not even Jihad for the sake of Allah, except in the case of a man who went out to fight, giving himself and his wealth up for the cause, and came back with nothing."

Eid Mubarak!
The month of Dhul-Hijjah started on Wednesday, May 28, and Yaum-e-Arafah, will be on Thursday, June 5, 2025. Accordingly, Eid-ul-Adha will be on Friday, June 6, 2025.
This year, all participating Islamic Centers will hold Eid-ul-Adha prayers at their respective locations. Please visit your Islamic Center's website below for additional details on the prayer schedule, timing, parking, and other important information.
Please observe all of the Sunnahs of Eid (i.e., taking a ghusl, wearing one's best garments, saying the general takbirat after Fajr) and then head to your local Islamic Center for congregational prayer.
We ask Allah SWT to accept all of our good deeds. We request your prayers and support in our endeavors.
Eid Mubarak from all of us.
