Abdulkadir Moalims Hifzh Graduation

Asalaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

Last Friday, May 2nd, we were graced with another blessing from Allah: another student entered our ranks of Huffazh, another student honored with the preservation of the Book of Allah in their heart. 💙

Inspired by his older sister Nasteho Moalim who memorized the Qur’an last year, 15-year-old Abdulkadir Moalim put his heart and soul into becoming a Hafizh himself.

“Now that I am a Hafizh, I have to act in a way that shows that,” said Abdulkadir as he reflected on the responsibility and duty this honor brings. “If I am out in public in a place where there’s not many Muslims, I am their way in how they see Muslims, so I have to be a good example and show our faith in a good light.”

Congratulations to Abdulkadir Moalim, his parents Aweis Mohamed and Amina Ahmed, and their entire family, on such an amazing accomplishment! May Allah continue to allow the light of the Quran to illuminate your lives. ✨
