We'rehiring four part-time Audio/Video and IT Administratorsto help keep our programs, events, and facility rentals running smoothly. If you have experience with A/V systems, live broadcasting, basic IT support, or video editing, this is your chance to make a difference behind the scenes. Position Summary**
The Audio/Video and IT Administrator is responsible for maintaining, operating, and supporting all AV and IT systems at MIC. This role ensures that programs, events, and facility rentals run smoothly through reliable tech support and broadcasting services. The position also provides IT assistance to staff and teachers, manages general IT infrastructure upkeep, and contributes to MICs social media and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot all audio/video and IT equipment throughout MIC
• Provide technical support and live video broadcasting for MIC programs, events, and facility rentals
• Offer IT support to all MIC staff and teachers, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Assist with facility rentals for A/V and general tech needs
• Edit videos and create posters for special programs
• Perform routine upkeep and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including computers, WiFi, firewalls, routers, and security cameras
• Ensure availability and responsiveness for tech-related emergencies or urgent support

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate experience with A/V systems, broadcasting equipment, and IT support
• Working knowledge of networking, WiFi, and security systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with video editing software and poster design tools is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Commitment to uphold MICs mission and values

Availability
This is a part-time position with flexible hours based on MICs programming needs.
