Notice of Proposed Amendment to the Constitution

Salaam Alaikum,

In accordance with By-Law 12, Section 2 of the constitution, the Executive Committee would like to inform the community that we have received a proposal for an amendment to the By-laws of the constitution. This proposal will be reviewed and voted on during the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for February 15, 2025. Any amendment to the By-laws must be approved by a two-thirds majority vote at the AGM. Details about the proposed amendment can be found below.
