NWICC 2024 Eid Ul Fitr Prayers

Assalam Alaikum brothers and sisters,

Eid is approaching very quickly and we have arranged for four sessions for Eid prayers Alhamdulillah at the Plymouth Community Center (PCC)!

The total capacity of the PCC space we have reserved is 600 and the city is very strict in maintaining the capacity of the room.

We are humbly requesting our community to please attend the early sessions as much as possible so that people who are not in this group (if they come to Eid prayers in the later sessions) can attend the prayers and we can manage the numbers of each session.

A trend shows that usually early sessions are attended at 30-40% capacity and later sessions have attendance of more than 100% capacity. Lots of brothers and sisters come to later sessions and insist that we either accommodate them (whatsoever) or arrange a special session! While we would ideally like to accommodate everyone it is simply not possible. We will NOT be able to accommodate more than the designated capacity and we will NOT be able to arrange any special session after the fourth prayer.

Please come to the earlier sessions and help us, NWICC and the City of Plymouth, manage the prayer sessions in the best possible manner so everyone can have an enjoyable and safe Eid.
